Catherine Sullivan is an experienced compliance professional, currently leading compliance efforts for a wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy provider. Prior to her latest role, she served as Vice President of Integrity & Compliance for Highmark Health, the second largest integrated delivery and financing system (IDFS) in America. Before moving in-house, Ms. Sullivan was the managing partner of a compliance consulting firm, Integrity First Consulting. There, Ms. Sullivan assisted health care providers in the development and assessment of their programs; conducting compliance program effectiveness reviews and risk assessments.
Catherine has worked with health care systems across the country to implement and manage comprehensive and effective compliance programs. Ms. Sullivan has her master's in business administration from the University of Scranton and a bachelor’s of science degree from Pennsylvania State University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Regulatory Compliance from the University of Washington.
