Cindy Durkin brings robust experience in ethics and compliance programming in complex global organizations, as well as extensive expertise overseeing high-stakes litigation and arbitrations.

Currently, she is vice president of compliance and ethics at Kohler Co., a global maker of kitchen and bath products, engines and power generator systems, and world-class lodging and hospitality experiences. Previously she was chief compliance officer at Arconic, Inc., GE’s Gas Power Systems, and GE’s Distributed Power. Professor Durkin has in-depth experience in litigation, internal investigations, arbitration, commercial deal and project compliance risk analysis, acquisition integration, internal reporting, training and communications, policy development and implementation, third-party due diligence and risk monitoring, audit review, and corrective action implementation.

Professor Durkin earned a Juris Doctor and a BA in political science from the University of Kentucky and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
