Marye Isaacs Phillips started her compliance career at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where she supported the regulation development and implementation of the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Program, including compliance and audit guides. Today she is a health insurance compliance consultant supporting the federal government with oversight of the Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Marketplace, and PACE programs. Her areas of expertise include health insurance oversight, auditing, regulatory compliance, and policy analysis. Phillips earned a JD with a Health Law Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a graduate certificate in gerontology from the University of Pittsburgh Center for Social & Urban Research, and a BS in Journalism from the Honors Tutorial College at Ohio University.
