As principal of the Cummings Law Practice, she has practiced over 20 years in healthcare marketing law. She guides businesses on a variety of issues concerning social media, public relations strategies, privacy, claim support, clinical issues, regulatory compliance, data use, and contracts related to the development, approval, manufacture and marketing of drugs and medical devices. Professor Cummings teaches a seminar in Life Science Compliance, and also teaches Introduction to the Legal System for Healthcare and Compliance.
